Once you have paid for your order, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is being processed. If you have chosen free school delivery, orders will be available to collect from your school on the next delivery date (detailed on individual school pages). Items will be passed onto your child to bring home with them.

Orders placed for home delivery at a cost of £8 per order will be dispatched within 5-7 days. You will receive a confirmation email once it has been posted. If you require an item urgently please get in touch so we can help you.

We offer a full exchange service on all items through your school. To arrange for items to be swapped please get in touch with us first to let us know what you would like to exchange for. Items need to be returned to school in unworn saleable condition, in the original packaging with any labels attached. We will deliver the replacements on our next delivery date to school.

Yes. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty we will be happy to refund or exchange the item for you. Please contact us and let us know what the issue is and we will be happy to help.

If you notice a mistake after paying for your order please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We may be able to manually amend your order or refund items before it is sent out.

If you have changed your mind we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase. Items must be returned to school in unworn saleable condition, in the original packaging with any labels attached. A refund will be issued to the original payment method once the items have been received by Ski Equip.
